The online list creator Niche, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has put together a new list for 2018. Best Alabama ZIP codes to live in.

Their list gives the top 25 on the page. It should be noted that 6 out of the top 10 are in Madison County. #1 is 35758, Madison. #2 is 35802 South Huntsville. And #3 is 36830 in the Auburn area. Site Study Recommends Location for New City Hall for Huntsville

Goodwyn Mills Cawood, the archietctural and engineering firm Huntsville has contracted to do the city hall site study has released their final report. GMC's recommended the Fountain Circle and Gates Ave location out of the three initially selected sites. The other two locations considered: current city hall location and the parking garage on Clinton Ave across from Huntsville Utilities.

Wheels keep moving on Madison Minor League Baseball

More information is coming out on Madison's attempt to get a minor league baseball team to Town Madison. Yesterday, the City of Madison reported on their progress. ATTOM Research Solutions has recently released a report showing Affordability in areas for Buying or Renting. As you can see in the link below Huntsville, Alabama (Madison County) made it into their data points.  It reports that it is more affordable to buy than rent. It also states from the data collected that the average percent of average wages to rent for 2018 is approximately 22%.
